Share of yacht for sale, Look at Roberts 38ft on this page in BEACONSFIELD, Western Australia for sale
You may have seen my yacht for sale for a few months. I have had some pretty solid inquiries but as yet no sale. Now I am trying to get creative with the sale. It would be fun to be part owner with some others who want to develop their own offshore skills. the rough idea is to find four persons who want to buy a fifth share for $17,000 and then be hands on in the sailing, maintenance, berthing etc. I estimate that our costs would be about $200 per month each ( i did post $100 but on further consideration I realise that I was only calculating pen costs). This would vary with where it is decided to berth the yacht. I would hold on to one share and teach others what they need to know in order to one day captain their own live aboard yacht.
