I never really wanted to sell the yacht and have come up with a plan that can benefit people who would like to get into the yachting lifestyle and I can also maintain my interest in sailing. I am offering 4 shares for sale and will retain a fifth share for myself. The new shareholders will own a share registered with the national registry.
Shareholders will have an equal say in all aspects of the yacht.
There will be opportunity to sail together until an individual's skills are sufficient for them to take the yacht on their own. You can learn at your own pace in a hands on manner while sailing with the other shareholders.
I am a very experienced yacht Captain and can teach those skills that are necessary for safe and efficient cruising. I enjoy teaching and will enthusiastically monitor your progress and assist where you indicate you would like to have more knowledge and experience.
Shares cost $17,500. There are additional costs to join the Fremantle Sailing Club, but additional benefits as well.
We can move this yacht anywhere and the new buyers might want to sail it with me to a new home or perhaps relocate for the winter. Most winters I move her to Shark Bay or the Ningaloo reef. Share holders could roster to have the yacht for a couple weeks each in places like Monkey Mia. It is like a dream to get to know the Dolphins from the side of your own yacht. I can teach a lot about how to sail safely in a cruising situation. I am a semi retired commercial yacht captain and currently assess skippers tickets for the Marine Safety Division.

I have a pen at the Fremantle Sailing Club, and tpartners can become a member there. Great place to be and lots of keen sailors to trade ideas.
the club pens are an easy walk to all of Fremantle's pubs and restaurant.
Little Creatures is a few minutes by boat, and you can tie up at the docks right there. fancy having a beer and looking out the big windows at your yacht.

This yacht was built to the highest standard of craftsmanship. The steel hull was built by a perfectionist. The interior was designed by me and built by a fully qualified ship right. The rigging is by west sail and the motor is a BMW with low hours.( We primarily use the sails.)
I am keen to sell shares. work with the new owners until they know all about the various components, and work with them until they have the knowledge, experience and skipper's tickets that are needed for safe sailing.
