All rooms have internet and telephone access, prices are inclusive of all utility costs and most rooms are fitted with a dual cycle air conditioner and include use of shared kitchen and bathroom. There will be availability for off road parking for one vehicle per office room. Unrestricted on street parking also available.
We are currently host to 4 independent psychological practices and would hope to recieve interest from other allied health professionals or holistic therapy professionals. Other small businesses are also welcome.
At present the reception and client waiting area is not regularly staffed. It is anticipated that over the course of the next few months we will be establishing a staffed receptionist service within the premises though this will be dependent upon expressed internal demand.
